WETT Inspections

Description

When you call to schedule an appointment, please have some basic information about your appliance available.  The Level 1 inspection is visual only with no disassembly of components.  This is usually sufficient for insurance purposes and real estate transactions.

Please be aware that the inspection is not to bless the installation, but to confirm it is done correctly with proper components.  Any rework that would be required will be outlined in written form for the person doing the work.

We can inspect wood or pellet burning appliances within 150km of Sudbury.  If you are located further special arrangements can be made.   A mileage charge (based on Google Maps) from our office applies to all inspections.  We are usually able to schedule inspections with one week of notice. The fee for the inspection and report plus mileage is collected at time of scheduling the appointment.
